HYDERABAD: The Chief Minister Dr K Rosaiah expressed satisfaction over
the distribution of subjects among his Secretaries including the newly
appointed Principal Secretary Mr Sam Bob. The Secretaries were allotted
subjects in a reshuffle in the Chief Minister's office today. The Chief
Minister felt that the Secretaries were given different subjects in
which they were proficient and earlier handled well in the respective
departments.
"All are equal for me. Let us now fully concentrate on
welfare of the people and various crucial issues and give proper
guidance to the administrative machinery", he said.
The Chief Minister hoped that the arrangements will work well and the
officers will work with more dedication and zeal and the CMO will get a
new fillip in the overall administrative set up. Dr. Rosaiah hoped that
the appointment of Mr. P.K. Agarwal, a senior most retired IAS officer
and former Special Chief Secretary as Adviser will help him in the
matters of crucial issues related to various development and welfare
schemes.
The subjects allotted to the Secretaries in the Chief Minister's Office
are as follows:
Sri C.V.S.K. Sarma: General Administration, Home, Energy, Finance,
Planning, Irrigation & Command Area Development, Labour, Employment
& Technical Education.
Sri Dinesh Kumar: Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, Health, Medical
& Family Welfare, Education, Agriculture, Horticulture &
Sericulture, Cooperation & Marketing, Food & Civil Supplies,
Animal Husbandry & Fisheries, Rain Shadow Area Development, Housing.
Sri Busi Sam Bob: Revenue, Industries & Commerce, Infrastructure
& Investment, Roads and Buildings, Social Welfare, Tribal Welfare,
B.C.Welfare, Minority Welfare and Women Development & Child Welfare.
Sri K.Jawahar Reddy: Municipal Administration & Urban Development,
Transport, Mines & Geology, Information Technology &
